July 31 and August 1, 2010 - It was a wonderful weekend at Nesbyen, Norway!
Cody Temple Flowers returns to Norway for a visit and is reunited with Elsto Khariz Amanda in the ring. Cody pilots her to Best of Breed and Hound Group 2.

July 25, 2010 - Karmøy, Norway - Wonderful day for Yaffa's youngsters. Elsto Atif-Khariz wins his second CC and Best Opposite Sex.
His sister, Elsto Afareen-Khariz wins her first CC, Best of Breed (over a Champion) and is 3rd in the Hound Group.

Diva Wins Again!

July 18, 2010 - Diva adds to her point total by winning two more points at the Nebraska KC under judge Eugene Blake. The day before she was Reserve to a major under Robert Stein.
This brings her to 10 points with one major.

July 2, 2010 - Rocky Mountain Hound Association of Colorado - Diva (Jorogz' Elsto Khariz-Za) is Winners Bitch and Best of Winners under Afghan Hound breeder judge Mr. Lou Guerrero for two points.

July 3, 2010 - She repeats her win under Mrs. Judy Webb at the Buckhorn Valley KC show the following day for another two points.

Elsto Khariz Odin - New Champion

June 19, 2010 - One more champion for Annie and Neo. Elsto Khariz Odin finishes his championship in grand style with a Best of Breed and a Hound Group 1. Thanks to judge Åke Cronander from Sweden and a big congratulations to his owner, Jorunn Kirkbak, who handled him to his wins.

Double Best of Breed

May 22 and 23, 2010 - AKC Lure Coursing with Mid Atlantic Hound Association - It's been a while since Tarife has competed on the lure coursing field and last October she became a Veteran but the girl proves she still has what it takes. Back to back Best of Breed showing the young dogs how it is done. The second Best of Breed was run during a thunderstorm...but that didn't stop Tarifa. You've got lots of heart little girl!

Elsto ATIF-Khariz Makes Good!

May 9, 2010: On the day after he turns 9 months old, Atif wins his first CC at an International show in a strong saluki entry in Kristiansand, Norway. The judge was Diago Rimalho from Portugal. This is the first of Yaffa and Allan's kids to win a CC as they aren't eleigible to win before they are 9 months old. What a great beginning to his show career. Beautifully handled by Anna Storesund.

Diva Wins a 4 Point Major

Scottsdale, AZ - March 7, 2010: "Diva" (Jorogz' Elsto Khariz-Za) is Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best Opposite Sex (over Ch) at the Superstition Kennel Club for a 4 point major in the rain. Congratulations! to her owners, Michael Schember, John Roger Morton and Greg Byfield. Diva is litter sister to Hansa (Ch. Snowdicken Sunshine KharizElsto) and Ch. Elsto Khariz Stella by Starlite. Diva has just recently begun her show career and we wish her many more successes in the ring. Her brother and father, Snow, are shown below.

Lure Coursing Success!

February 21, 2010 - Both Snow and Hansa pick up ASFA points at lure coursing in Cartersville, GA. It's been a while since the boys have been out and running but Hansa shows he's still got it with Best of Breed, beating his Dad. Good work!

February 14, 2010 - Atif (Elsto Atif-Khariz) and Kikki (Elsto Ata Alanna-Khariz) debut at the Ølen Hundeklubb in Ølen, Norway and they did very well for their first time out. Kikki is Best of Breed Puppy and Puppy Group One and Atif is Best Opposite Sex Puppy. Nice beginning guys! Thanks to Anna Storesund and Elsa Storesund for their handling skills and congratulations to Kikki's owner, Brit. Great job!!

January 30, 2010 - Dandi (Elsto Khariz Dandelion Wine) steps into the ring for the first time in 2010 and is Best of Winners and Best of Breed at the Charleston KC show in Ladson, SC. Thanks to judge, Pat Trotter and congratulations to her owner and handler, Cody Temple.

Chipp's Show Debut

Sweden - Chipp, Yaffa's lookalike son, makes his show debut at a match show in his home country of Sweden and he is Best of Breed, Hound Group 1 and Best In Show2. His critique was beautiful: "Exceptional type, head and expression. Good over and underline, well angulated, moving well for his age. Lovely temperament. Promising puppy and shown well."
We are very excited about this great start to Chipp's show career with his owner, Alexandra. Congratulations!

November 29, 2009 - Elsto Khariz Amazing Amanda does it again! For the second year in a row, Amanda is Number 1 Afghan Hound in Norway. She also adds Norwegian Winner 2009 to her titles. Congratulations to her owners, Tove and Kjell Kristiansen.
